Here, we clearly show that conolidine, a pure analgesic alkaloid used in traditional Chinese medication, targets ACKR3, thereby providing added evidence of a correlation among ACKR3 and pain modulation and opening alternate therapeutic avenues for that treatment of Serious discomfort. Though
